Sip and Create | Expressive Calligraphy

Come for the art, stay for the fun! ArtsWestchester welcomes you to Gallery Night Out: Sip & Create, a monthly social for adults 18 and over in downtown White Plains. From February through December, a creative expert will lead guests through a hands-on art-making project designed to spark imagination.

Discover the beauty of calligraphy in this hands-on workshop inspired by Kiyoshi Otsuka’s expressive style. An experienced artist will guide you through bold lettering with calligraphy markers and fluid brushwork using ink or acrylic paint. Learn the approachable Uncial font and experiment with creative techniques in a relaxed, social setting.

All materials provided. No experience necessary—just sip, create, and enjoy!
